Brands Hatch will play host to an Easter extravaganza this weekend as the British Truck Racing Association Championship headlines a blockbuster race programme which also includes a further eight championships.
Weighing in at more than five tonnes and producing in excess of 1000bhp, the BTRAC is unlike any other series in the UK and is renowned for producing door-to-door action – especially at its customary season-opener around the Indy circuit.
Following a pulsating 2018 which saw Ryan Smith and Luke Garrett crowned champions, the heavyweight behemoths will likely be the star attractions with more than six races being run over the course of the bank holiday weekend.
Joining the BTRAC will be the Legends Cars National Championship which will kick off a year of 25th Anniversary celebrations. The Pickup Truck Racing Championship will also be in attendance, kicking off another year of unmissable action too.
The Carbon8 Hyundai Coupe Cup, BARC Tin Tops Championship, BARC Super Silhouette Championship and BARC Clubmans Sport Prototype Championship in association with King Henry’s Taverns will also kick off their campaigns too.
Elsewhere the Classic Touring Car Championship will hit the track for the second time this year.
